I found the staff very helpful and cordial. The location is near a major tram stop, easy to get around. I enjoyed the medieval feel with the historical decor and courtyard (it was like going back in time!).
The sound insulation seemed minimal. I could hear doors closing.

The hotel restaurant provides very good food. I tried the midday menu. There is also a very delicious, high-quality breakfast. I found it unbeatable for the price (especially for this city!).
